How to order
Commissions will most likely be managed through Ko-fi in the near future.
Reach out to me via Tumblr or Instagram first. Once I confirm that I have a slot available for you, you can then send me all the detailed references and notes via e-mail.If I’m not able to take your commission at the moment, I’ll most likely offer you a spot on my waiting list instead.
WHEN PACING YOUR COMMISSION, YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE:● Type of commission● Number of characters● References (such as character designs, poses, facial expressions, Pinterest boards, etc.)● A short description of the character(s) and anything important you would like me to keep in mind while drawing.
Backgrounds: simple background (plain color, clean background, or none) is included in the price.
More complex backgrounds are available for an additional fee, which will be calculated individually depending on the level of complexity.Props & Additional Fees:
If your commission includes highly detailed props (such as very detailed weapons, armor, animals, or environmental elements), an extra fee may apply.Please feel free to ask—if the detail is not excessively time-consuming, I often won’t charge extra.Additional Characters:If the artwork includes two characters interacting in the same piece, the second character will be charged at 50% of the base price.Special Requests: If your commission idea is non-standard or if you are unsure about something, feel free to ask me :)

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

1.1 I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to distribute, reproduce, and display it in my portfolio or as commission examples online.1.2 Commissioned artworks are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior arrangement.1.3 All artworks will include a subtle signature that must not be removed.1.4 You can post the commission to your social media with the proper credit. :)
Order & Payment
2.1 Commissions are accepted via e-mail / Ko-fi / chosen platform.
(You can DM me via Instagram or Tumblr first.)2.2 Payments are made through PayPal in USD (or PLN for clients from Poland, if agreed).2.3 You may choose to pay in full upfront or 50% upfront + 50% after completion.2.4 I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.2.5 Refunds: allowed only if I have not yet started the commission or during sketch stage. Once work has begun, refunds are no longer possible.2.6 If for any reason I cannot start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Process & revisions
3.1 You will receive 3 WIPs (sketch, lineart, base color) and the finished artwork for approval.3.2 Once finished, you’ll get the full-resolution file (PNG, 1600 × 2000 px, 300 dpi — or other specs upon request) via e-mail or WeTransfer.3.3 Completion varies from about one to several weeks, depending on complexity and the number of ongoing commissions at a given moment.
I will always inform you of any delays.3.4 Revisions: One major revision is included at the sketch stage, along with several minor adjustments during the coloring stage.
Significant revisions requested after finalization may be subject to an additional fee.
Commercial Commissions
If you are interested in commissioning artwork for commercial purposes (such as book covers, album art, promotional illustrations, merchandise, etc.), this is possible.Commercial commissions are discussed and priced individually depending on the project’s scope, usage, and licensing terms.Please contact me directly with details of your project so we can arrange the terms. :)
